Harambee Stars in a Crisis

Harambee starts in crisis

Harambee stars team is in a crisis due to the tight schedule of the Striker Michael Olunga who has not returned from Japan due to personal reasons. The former Leopards striker has failed to return home from Japan. Harambee Stars coach Jacob Mulee has been forced to reshuffle and change his squad after recalling striker John Makwatta.

The former AFC Leopards man, who currently is on Zesco United in the Zambian Premier League, has been given the chance to replace Michael Olunga, who seem to miss the qualifying match against Comoros. It is unfortunate that Olunga, who is our will not make it for the match. Olunga could not make it for the match set for Wednesday because his Japanese team Kashiwa Reysol currently had at least three players and their coach test positive for Covid-19.
