Matiangi has issued a 90 day ultimatum to all the CSs to complete their stalled projects or else he will sack them for unscrupulous dealings with contractors. After the 90 day period the contractors will be expected to expose the individuals they had dealings with or else go to jail. This is because most mega projects stall as a result of funds being fleeced
