Digitalent is a program rolled out by the ICT Authority that aims to bridge the gap that exists between the industry requirements and the available workforce. This initiative is in accordance with the National ICT master plan that was rolled out back in 2014.
The program has already trained 900 ICT graduates and it plans to on board 400 more graduates. These internships are offered to recent graduates who are in the fields of ICT, Communication, Engineering, Law, Medicine, Agriculture and Education and Built Environment.
