Emerging technologies are sprouting at a very fast rate and I don’t think the youths especially the 90’s babies are prepared for this. This rapid pace dubbed the fourth industrial evolution has not been witnessed before. It involves the type of work that people do and how it is done. This revolution is here to offer us with new opportunities and we just think that the youth are unprepared for this uptake.
According to a report by Deloitte Global there is a concern by Global leaders that the current workforce may not be able to keep up with the change and so 1.8 billion youth worldwide maybe left out if this disparity is not addressed. In the report the business community must take up the proactive role to prepare the youth of today.
